Face to face community classes cost £7 per class. If you would like to book a private session for a 1-2-1 or small group, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

You need to wear something that is appropriate & lets you move around well, not restrictive but also not too baggy either. We need to see your posture to help give you more feedback on how to perform your exercises and poses.

Bring yourself, and an open mind & heart. Wear appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water. You will need your mat and other equipment including:

Blocks & bricks, Strap, resistance band, bolster, blanket, etc.

We can discuss what your fitness plan is at the moment and what you want from the classes. Also, work out which days and times are suitable for you and we can take it from there.

Yes! In fact, you are a perfect candidate. Many people think that they need to be flexible to start Yoga & Pilates, however you will find that the classes will help you become more flexible/mobile, as well as making you stronger, improving co-ordination, and giving you a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.

Yes, absolutely. There is no level of fitness required for the sessions that I teach. You could be a couch potato or an athlete, Yoga can benefit everyone. Yoga & Pilates can help you gain a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being. As they say in Yoga ‘Yoga is for everybody, but not all postures are for every body’.

Overall, the biggest difference between Pilates and Yoga is the ultimate goal. Yoga provides a meditative environment for you to improve your overall quality of life. It focuses on stress relief while improving your body. Pilates works from the centre of your body outward. It forces you to increase your body awareness and work from your core, resulting in a stronger body.

Yoga and Pilates each have their merits. The best part is that you really don’t have to choose. Combine Pilates with Yoga for an amazing way to transform your daily routine.

Please get in touch first by email or even call. Fill out the screening form and then I can give you some recommendations on what would be best for you moving forward.
