Many also find that the spiritual side of yoga is beneficial to their own mindfulness and behaviour, but these teachings and ideas can often seem intangible at best and impenetrable at worst. Yoga should be enjoyed by as many people as possible, and that’s why yogatri classes strip things back to basics.

The actual health benefits of yoga are numerous and lasting, and these are the things we at yogatri focus on in our classes.
