Debbie is up there at the top!

I have been attending Debbie's classes for eighteen months and during that time I have found her to be dedicated to helping people relax and gain confidence in their own abilities in a calm and encouraging atmosphere. Debbie is considerate and aware that there are times when we may have an injury, discomfort or pain and always checks before class to see if anyone has a problem.

Each pose is demonstrated with three alternative levels for different abilities so that everyone can choose which they feel is comfortable for them. Where necessary, Debbie will make gentle adjustments and give advice to ensure a beneficial position. Her classes are very friendly and we always come away smiling.

Over the years I have attended a number of classes and, undoubtedly, Debbie is up there at the top.


I was a complete novice to yoga so was apprehensive about starting the class. I shouldn’t have worried as Debbie is an amazing teacher and puts you at ease right from the beginning.

You are encouraged to work at your own ability and it’s amazing how your strength and flexibility improves over time. The Monday morning class is the best way to start your week. I highly recommend her classes.

These Yoga classes have transformed the way I feel!

I have been fortunate enough to come to Debbie's classes for the last couple of years at Emmanuel College, and it is no exaggeration to say that these Yoga classes have transformed the way I feel! The aches and pains I had come to accept as part of getting older are no more!

Debbie is gentle, firm and has individual attention for everyone within her group.

I can't recommend her classes enough and my husband and children look forward to seeing me after Debbie's classes as I am always in such a good mood! Thank you for being an inspirational teacher!

I arrived at my first class feeling apprehensive - and left feeling hooked!

I am a complete newbie to Yoga and Debbie's was my first ever class. I arrived feeling very apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. I felt about as flexible as a concrete block and was worried that everyone else would be Yoga professionals and would be able to wrap their leg around their head! After a few minutes, I quickly realised that I had no reason to be nervous. Debbie put me at ease immediately and the class had a range of ages and abilities, including new starters like me.

Debbie's instructions are very clear and she gives every one of her students individual assistance to make sure you get the most out of the class.

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and felt as though I had done a full workout - while being completely relaxed at the same time! I can't recommend Debbie's classes highly enough. She lives and breathes all of the benefits of Yoga and I'm so pleased I made the decision to give it a go.

It's never too late to learn Yoga!

As a relative newcomer to Yoga, I thoroughly enjoy the classes I attend with Debbie. She is a very patient and understanding teacher who is always prepared to listen to any concerns you may have.

We are a mixed class of men and women of various ages, so as an oldie, I feel the benefit of these classes.

I would highly recommend anyone to try this out. It just goes to show you are never too old to learn!

I am more flexible and energetic!

I look forward to Thursday night! Yoga is nothing like I expected it to be. I leave feeling relaxed but also like I have had a workout. I am more flexible and energetic as a result of the class.

Debbie does a fun, accessible class where we can all participate at our own levels. The sessions are always varied and fun. I am now more aware of my breathing and muscle control in my normal day-to-day life.

When I'm feeling stressed, I use the exercises and poses I have learnt. My children are looking forward to coming to Debbie's Yogatri-be and Yogatri-tots.

I can't believe how much I have missed the classes both physically & mentally!

I have been coming to Debbie's classes for a year now and having attended various other yoga classes in the area I can honestly say that Debbie's is by far the best. She always changes her classes to keep them varied and always offer different levels depending on fitness & flexibility.

I always come away from Debbie's class feeling stretched & relaxed.
