It’s time to break out the bunting and light the candles, because we’re celebrating the second anniversary of Yogatri this month!
Yes time certainly does fly, and it has already been a whole two years since Debbie Hannant, the founder of Yogatri, left the 9-5 and began teaching classes that mixed yoga, pilates and general fitness principles. We’re pleased to say that since then regular classes have been packed and the feedback has been incredibly positive.
With such a successful two years behind us it’s time to look forward to what the future has in store for Yogatri, and that future is more classes out our beautifully tranquil, purpose-built, studio in leafy Whickham.
The Yogatri studio has been designed and built to be an intimate and peaceful space; a place to train the body and refresh the mind in equal measure.
For a start, the studio means that we can now offer one-to-one Yogatri classes where we can focus on you and your needs or even for friends who want give Yogatri’s unique mix of yoga, pilates and fitness training a try together.
Of course we know that starting any new health and fitness activity and joining a large group can be daunting for some, but you can relax knowing that classes in the Yogatri studio are far smaller than at any of our other venues. In fact, most classes in the studio consist of ten people or less. If that sounds appealing and you would like to find out more, you can check the availability of the studio here.
It’s fair to say that Yogatri has really taken off and exceeded our expectations in these last two years, with regular, weekly, classes continuing to fill up at both Emmanuel college and Swalwell Community Centre in Gateshead. We’d like to thank everyone who has come along to a session, brought a friend and helped make the last two years so memorable. If however you are reading this and you haven’t been to a class yet, you can check out our full schedule here. We’d love to see you soon.
